Bringing Firearms To Canada
A Non-Resident Firearm Declaration Form (CAFC 909) is all you require to bring a firearm into Canada. A bow is not a firearm and requires no forms for entry. Fill out the form in triplicate before arriving, do NOT sign the form until you arrive at customs, where an officer will have to witness the signature and collect a $25cnd registration fee.
For more info and how to pre-process please visit the Canadian Firearm Center

Entry To Canada
It is your responsibility to make sure you will not be refused entry into Canada. Refusal of entry by Canada Customs and Immigration is not sufficient reason for a refund. If you've ever had any criminal charges, even a D.U.I., you might have difficulty entering Canada and may need to clear it up months beforehand. Call if you have questions about it. Passports are required to enter Canada.
